If you are thinking of starting a latex clothes collection, what do you do?

Well, start saving your pennies. Remember that good quality items are expensive, and that poor quality items are a waste of money. Poor items will put you off for the future.

Remember that it’s addictive. Remember that the time between making an order and getting your items can be weeks. Often, things do not come off racks but are hand made to order.

Was there something you saw somewhere, in a film, on tv, on a website… where you thought ‘oh, that is lovely, I’d like that’? If so, can you track down where it came from, who made it, was it custom? Look on-line. See any company that makes the same, or similar.

Be realistic. If money is a factor, find something that you would want and like that you can wear on multiple occasions. If it’s part of an outfit, eg needs boots etc, budget for those items. You don’t want to buy half an outfit and not be able to wear it because something else is missing. You will probably need cleaning and shine materials too.
